Working under the direction of the President, the Regional Director is responsible for overseeing all projects in the Southwest as well as identifying, implementing, and managing operations to achieve company goals.  Successful candidate will have an extensive wireless telecom network and existing client relationships in the Southwest market as well as proven ability to lead teams to success. 

Responsibilities:

  • 8 years of progressive experience in telecom project management
  • Schedule projects in a timely manner; engage all respective service delivery teams required to execute the project
  • Extensive knowledge of the inner workings of Site Development and A&E (Architectural & Engineering) departments
  • Hold project status calls with client and team as required
  • Proven ability to build teams and manage a diverse group of individuals

Administers all activities in regards to site identification, project and land use planning, zoning and permitting activities including applications, surveys, land use planning, lease amendments/modifications, renewals, and conditional use permits. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research candidate search rings within a specific geographical area which meet client specifications and standards
  • Provide site identification, qualification and lease negotiation services

Assist the project manager on multiple projects from initiation to completion.

Provides architectural and engineering management, leading and supervising the A&E Department. Develops and maintains strong working relationships with clients and team members. Provides AutoCAD support to the A&E Department

Responsibilities:

  • Work related experience in wireless telecom industry (A&E) permit and construction drawings
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD with multiple layer standards and multiple scales with annotative objects within the same drawing
  • Ability to read architectural blueprints, and understand & interpret construction drawings
  • Prepare drawings of landscape and interior designs for presentation to client
  • Layout and plan using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment, redesign/ modify as necessary

Qualifications:

Administers all activities in regard to Structural Engineering. Individual will be responsible for structural analysis of new or existing communication structures for wireless telecommunication sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze tower, rooftop and foundation structures using, tower analysis software and other accepted engineering methods
  • Seismic or weight retrofit design of existing building where additional structural capacity is required to accommodate a telecom
  • Oversee cell site zoning plans, construction plans during development phases
  • Coordinate with engineers, designers, and site acquisition teams to meet client deadlines and deliverables

  • Modify and/or refine details during project to improve design

Manages overall planning and coordination of construction management projects from inception to completion aimed at meeting client requirements.

  • Supports the PM and manages construction personnel on projects while representing wireless carrier
