Manage multiple projects from initiation to completion incorporating job details, time projections, quality, safety, cost, data integrity, updates, and communication throughout the lifetime of the project.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects including, but not limited to, site acquisition, planning, zoning, A&E services, and collocation
  • Develop project plans and budgets, and ensure strict deadlines are met internally and externally, completing projects according to client standards and qualifications
  • Manage and coordinate team members, conduct meetings, attend client deployment meetings, provide updates and reports weekly to clients and RLS management

Qualifications:

Provides architectural and engineering management, leading and supervising the A&E Department. Develops and maintains strong working relationships with clients and team members. Responsible for QA/QC and for taking a proactive approach to be the face of the A&E Department within the assigned market.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs, attending site design meetings and visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary
  • Draw rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings and structures, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data.
  • Layout and plan using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment, redesign/modify as necessary
  • Assist on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and advising on design corrections, working in conjunction with the Project Manager
  • Determine procedures and instructions to be followed, according to design specifications and quantity of required materials.
  • Analyze technical implications of design concept, calculating weights, volumes, and stress factors
  • Prepare drawings of landscape and interior designs for presentation to client
  • Analyze building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural designs
  • Operate computer-aided drafting equipment or conventional drafting station to produce designs, working drawings, charts, forms and records
  • Coordinate structural, electrical and mechanical designs and determine a method of presentation in order to graphically represent building plans

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and engineering concepts in the wireless telecommunications industry

Provides AutoCAD support to the A&E Department

Responsibilities:

  • Work related experience in wireless telecom industry (A&E) permit and construction drawings
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (2008 or newer) with multiple layer standards and multiple scales with annotative objects within the same drawing
  • Ability to read architectural blueprints, and understand & interpret construction drawings
  • Prepare drawings of landscape and interior designs for presentation to client
  • Layout and plan using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment, redesign/ modify as necessary
  • Work within various internal departments in order to successfully complete projects
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple drafting projects

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 1 year experience drafting in the wireless telecommunications industry with advance knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Must have a strong attention to detail and be able to work with little supervision in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Degree in drafting or equivalent work experience
